The teapot is made of thin and strong heat-resistant, borosilicate glass. It鈥檚 lead-free, dishwasher and stovetop safe. The lid is made of bamboo and stainless steel and it comes with a stainless steel strainer on the spout.

Note: the strainer attached to the spout is beautiful but doesn鈥檛 strain very small particles. I usually don鈥檛 mind a few small leaves in my cup, but paired with the Brass Strainer you can get a clean cup.
